Megger MPRT8445 Three Phase Protective Relay Test System
The Megger MPRT8445 Three Phase Protective Relay Test System is a multipurpose, light-weight, field portable test set. The unit is capable of testing a wide variety of electro-mechanical, solid-state and microprocessor-based protective relays, small molded case circuit breakers, motor overload relays and similar protective devices. The Megger MPRT8445 Three Phase Protective Relay Test System may be customized by adding the number of Voltage-Current, “VIGEN”, modules needed for specific test applications.
For electric utility use, the Megger MPRT8445 Three Phase Protective Relay Test System with three VI Modules provides complete three-phase testing of three-phase impedance, directional power, negative sequence overcurrent and other devices that require a three-phase four-wire wye connected source. Each current channel is rated for 30 Amps @ 200 VA continuous, up to 45 Amps @ 300 VA for short durations.
